We are seeking a skilled and resourceful professional to join our sales team in driving business growth through effective lead generation and appointment setting.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching and identifying potential clients, initiating meaningful connections, and coordinating appointments to support the sales team's growth. Key responsibilities include analyzing business directories, trade shows, and online resources to identify leads, conducting light introductions and scheduling meetings for account executives, gathering insights to refine outreach and engagement strategies, and partnering closely with the sales team to align lead generation efforts with sales goals.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or a related role in a B2B environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or equivalent platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using data scraping tools and conducting online research.
- A tech-savvy mindset with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Self-starter and results-driven attitude with meticulous attention to detail.
Work Arrangements:
This is a full-time opportunity aligned with U.S. hours, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week with flexibility to adapt as needed to meet business demands.
