Interior Design Coordinator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Design Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building information modeling (BIM) and construction documentation, with a strong background in interior design and proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients and design teams to develop interior design concepts that meet project requirements and client expectations.
  • Utilize BIM software to create and manage 3D models, design documentation, and construction drawings for interior design projects.
  • Ensure accurate construction documentation, including drawings, specifications, schedules, and material selections, in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders using BIM platforms.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field with 3–5 years of experience.
  • Proven experience as an AIBIM Technical Architect (Design Coordinator) with a strong portfolio.
  • Expertise in BIM software; proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Thorough knowledge of construction documentation processes, including detailed drawings, schedules, and specifications.
  • Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, finishes, and FF&E.
