Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Interior Design Specialist to manage, maintain, and organize our interior design library. This individual will be responsible for researching the latest trends and developments in furniture, materials, and accessories, as well as coordinating and documenting FF&E schedules, sample material boards, and other necessary documents.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain an accredited vendors list in alignment with the procurement team
  • Research and stay up-to-date on the latest furniture, materials, and accessories trends and collections
  • Coordinate and document FF&E schedules, sample material boards, and other necessary documents
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and special service providers to support projects
  • Prepare material and furniture proposals for all Design & Build projects
  • Support the team in preparing conceptual design schemes and architectural plans

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design, exceptional organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. They should be passionate about creating innovative and functional spaces.
