About the Role

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer with a strong balance of technical expertise and sophisticated design sensibility. The ideal candidate has experience in five-star hotel or luxury design, thrives under pressure, and brings both creative flair and solid documentation skills. This role will require close collaboration with the team, engaging with suppliers, and producing both technical and presentation materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create technical drawings using Revit (mandatory skill).
  • Develop presentation boards, mood boards, and Pinterest boards for client projects.
  • Produce high-quality renders using 3D Max or Enscape.
  • Prepare design documentation packages for residential and commercial projects.
  • Liaise with suppliers and trades to source materials and ensure timely project execution.
  • Support the team in preparing client-facing presentations using Photoshop, Canva, and other design tools.
  • Contribute creative input to concept development and ensure designs align with luxury, high-end standards.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years' experience (mid-level) or 5+ years' experience (senior level) in interior design.
  • Strong background in luxury, five-star hotel, or high-end residential/commercial projects.
  • Revit proficiency (non-negotiable).
  • Rendering expertise using 3D Max or Enscape (must already be skilled, no training provided).
  • Strong documentation skills with the ability to produce detailed and accurate drawing packages.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop; working knowledge of Canva and Pinterest for presentations.
  • Excellent sense of style, taste, and ability to design with a refined aesthetic.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
