Interior Design and Architecture Professional

We are seeking an accomplished Interior Designer/Architect to join our team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality interior design solutions for healthcare and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating comprehensive construction drawings, producing detailed joinery documentation, and developing engaging 3D visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce professional construction drawings for healthcare and commercial interior projects.
  • Create detailed joinery drawings and interior construction documents to industry standards.
  • Ensure all design documentation meets Australian building codes and standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and project teams to deliver seamless project outcomes.
  • Utilize Revit, ArchiCAD, and AutoCAD proficiently for design and documentation.
  • Generate high-quality 3D visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Provide expert advice on materials, finishes, and interior layouts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in healthcare or commercial interior design.
  • Strong fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Revit or ArchiCAD and AutoCAD is essential.
  • Proven ability to produce detailed construction drawings and joinery documentation.
  • Prior experience working on Australian interior projects is highly valued.
  • Strong design and technical skills, with attention to detail and precision.
  • Ability to create engaging 3D visualizations and renderings.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or Google Workspace (G Suite) and adaptability to learn new internal software and systems.
