Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at CCPC. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our office by completing administrative and accounting tasks.
As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in promoting seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of ₱35,000 - ₱45,000 per month, depending on experience. Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail. Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting software and MS Office are also essential.
Residing in Cagayan de Oro or Misamis Oriental area is considered an advantage. However, we encourage applicants from all areas who meet the requirements to apply.
Responsibilities- Complete administrative and accounting tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
- Develop and implement processes to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of accounting software and MS Office.
