About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at RYDE N' GO MOTORCYCLE.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring departments to ensure smooth staffing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on relevant skills and qualifications
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews to assess candidate fit and potential
  • Administering company assessments to evaluate candidate abilities
  • Conducting reference and background checks to verify candidate information
  • Coordinating interview schedules with hiring departments and stakeholders
  • Following up on interview process status to ensure timely completion
  • Maintaining relationships with internal and external clients to achieve staffing goals
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process
  • Staying current on company organization structure and personnel policies regarding employment practices
  • Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
  • Completing timely reports on employment activity to inform business decisions
  • Conducting exit interviews with terminating employees to gather feedback
  • Processing pre-employment documents, evaluations, and other necessary paperwork
Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
What We Offer:

$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience
