The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, resource allocation plans, and quality control processes.
  • Analyze data and identify areas for improvement, making recommendations to optimize project efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in project coordination or management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.

 

What We Offer:
