As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing property listings and maximizing revenue across all markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain accurate and appealing property listings, ensuring consistency and high-quality content.
  • Develop compelling listing descriptions to effectively merchandise each property, highlighting its unique features and benefits.
  • Optimize photo selection and order for each channel to increase conversion rates and enhance the guest experience.
  • Conduct thorough quality audits for grammar, style, and accuracy to maintain brand standards and ensure exceptional quality.
  • Act as our brand voice through content refreshes, providing input on listing performance and setting accurate guest expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and research to ensure Rove properties are optimally presented to guests.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to onboard new booking channels and develop standard operating procedures.
Revenue Management
  • Work closely with senior leadership to share feedback and provide market research on property comps and underwriting.
  • Proactively review market comps for all Rove properties and adjust pricing accordingly.
  • Closely collaborate with operations and launch teams to fill homes immediately upon first availability.
  • Act quickly on ideas and feedback to improve team workflow, market occupancy, and revenue.
  • Navigate complex legal issues, aligning guest needs with Rove's occupancy standards.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Sales, City Operations, Marketing, and Product teams.

This role requires proven experience in listings and revenue management, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry. You must have strong writing and editing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze market trends. Self-motivation and a passion for delivering high-quality guest experiences are essential.
