Customer Service Role

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive and responsive communication.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer concerns effectively, efficiently, and empathetically, ensuring customer satisfaction in every interaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, process updates, and file documents accordingly.
  • Adhere to established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 1-year proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B capacity.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level).
  • Tech Savviness: Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP.
  • Organizational Skills: Solid organizational and time management skills.
