Job Opportunity: Remote Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Remote Assistant. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work with entrepreneurs in the US & Europe, supporting founders by managing various aspects of their professional and personal lives.

  • Inbox Management: Implementing and maintaining an efficient inbox management system to streamline communication and reduce administrative tasks.
  • Time Management: Managing and protecting the entrepreneur's time and calendar to ensure seamless coordination and productivity.
  • Task Management: Coordinating email, calendar, and task management seamlessly to enhance collaboration and workflow efficiency.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arranging personal and business travel to accommodate the entrepreneur's schedule and preferences.
  • Research and Reporting: Conducting thorough research and creating detailed reports (e.g., competitor analysis) to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • High problem-solving ability (tested in our assessment center) & High agency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C2)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with modern productivity tools and eagerness to learn new technologies like AI
  • Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities effectively
