CMB Ace Marketing Inc is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive business growth, manage high-value client relationships, and develop strategic partnerships. As a Senior Sales Account Manager, you will leverage your expertise in sales, account management, and negotiation to deliver exceptional results and contribute to the company's continued success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, aligning with company objectives and goals.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value client accounts, providing exceptional service and satisfaction through proactive relationship building and issue resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, fostering trust and credibility through consistent communication and value delivery.
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting and lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer service, product) to align client needs with company offerings, driving innovation and differentiation.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on account performance and growth opportunities, informing strategic business decisions.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and threats, positioning CMB Ace Marketing Inc for success.
  • Track sales activity, preparing regular reports on performance to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Mentor and guide junior account managers and sales team members as needed, promoting skills development and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value accounts, demonstrating expertise and results orientation.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, enabling effective stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to think strategically and proactively to identify growth opportunities, driving business expansion and profitability.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering collaboration and open communication within CMB Ace Marketing Inc.
