Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Campus Recruiter to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, promoting our employer brand, and building strong partnerships with universities and colleges.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with university relations to source top talent.
- Represent the company at career fairs, info sessions, and student events.
- Lead the hiring process for interns and entry-level roles.
- Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams on employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or university relations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with university partners and internal stakeholders.
Work Arrangements
- Mostly work-from-home (onsite as needed).
- Dayshift Schedule (9:00am to 6:00pm).
