Overview

This role is responsible for leading the marketing function of PepsiCo's beverage franchise business in the Philippines.

The ideal candidate will be an established FMCG marketing director with a proven track record of delivering strong results in a matrix global organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans for the Philippines Beverages franchise business, aligning with the General Manager, franchise teams, and bottling partners.
  2. Annual Operating Plan: Lead the development of the marketing AOP for PH Beverages and ensure timely deployment of the AOP calendar.
  3. New Product & Packaging Platform Development: Oversee the development of new product and packaging platforms with Regional R&D and lead multi-functional teams.
  4. Capability Building: Build marketing organization capability through hands-on work, coaching, mentorship, and formal classroom trainings.
Qualifications and Competencies


• 12+ years of experience in brand strategy, managing a portfolio of brands, and leading brand managers.


• Strong consumer and creative marketing background with strategic thinking and insight orientation.


• Proven track record in launching new products into emerging markets that have been successful/sustained over time.


• Experience with leading teams and working in matrix organizations.
