Senior Financial Specialist

To excel in this role, you will need to possess a solid understanding of financial principles and be skilled in preparing and analyzing financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of financial functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts and accurate monitoring of cash flow.
- Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement budgeting strategies and forecast financial outcomes.
- Prepare tax returns and maintain compliance with relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is highly desirable).
- Possess proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar financial role.
- Display a strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting frameworks.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using financial software packages such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel.
