This is a Senior Bookkeeper position that involves managing financial records, preparing invoices, and ensuring timely payments.
The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks Desktop and be able to work efficiently without requiring training.
Job Description- Manage financial records: The Senior Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare invoices: The Senior Bookkeeper will prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Ensure timely payments: The Senior Bookkeeper will follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure that payments are received on time.
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop: The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience working with QuickBooks Desktop.
- Organizational skills: The Senior Bookkeeper must be highly organized and able to work methodically without jumping between tasks.
- Communication skills: The Senior Bookkeeper will communicate with management, employees, and clients in a friendly yet professional manner.
- Work-from-home flexibility: The Senior Bookkeeper will have the option to work from home full-time.
- Schedule: The schedule will be Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
- Employment type: Full-time employment.
