Senior Financial Operations Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Operations Specialist to oversee our financial operations across entities. The successful candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage finance inbox and respond to inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
- Record, organize, and maintain invoices and supporting documentation.
- Oversee payments to suppliers and other financial obligations.
- Perform reconciliations of payments and receipts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Xero.
- Experience working with multi-entity companies and strong understanding of accounting concepts.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency with Excel.
