Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Capacity Management Specialist to join our IT Service Delivery team. The role focuses on the effective planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of capacity management services.

You will be responsible for monitoring resource utilization, forecasting future demand, and implementing strategies aligned with business goals and service level targets.


Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor resource utilization and forecast future demand for capacity management.
  • Develop and execute strategies that align with business goals and service level targets.
  • Identify capacity constraints and implement improvement initiatives to optimise resource utilisation and reduce operational risks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure capacity planning supports service performance targets (SLTs, SLAs, OLAs, CSFs & KPIs).
  • Provide clear metrics, trend analysis, and reporting to support continuous service improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of capacity management planning principles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and influencing skills.
  • Proven experience identifying capacity constraints and implementing improvement initiatives.
  • Able to forecast future capacity requirements based on business growth, historical data, and technology trends.
