Tax Compliance Specialist

Are you looking for a challenging role in tax compliance and advisory services? As a Senior Tax Accountant, you will play a crucial part in ensuring adherence to Australian tax regulations while providing high-quality service to clients.
Main Responsibilities:- Prepare and review individual, corporate, trust, partnership, and SMSF tax returns
- Ensure compliance with ATO regulations and deadlines
- Manage and coordinate tax audits and notices
- Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients
- Research and interpret tax laws and regulations
- Advise clients on tax-efficient structures and transactions
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or CA qualification is beneficial but not essential
- 5–7 years of experience in tax accounting within a public accounting firm
- Strong understanding of Australian tax laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively
- Taxation law and policy
- Financial analysis and modeling
- Leadership and team management
- Time management and organization
