Project Manager – Workflow Optimization Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of project management processes for our US-based team. As a key member of our global workforce, you will play a vital role in streamlining back-end operations and enhancing cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and optimize project management workflows for our US teams.
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation of workflows, SOPs, and process changes.
- Act as the liaison between US-based teams and product teams for workflow optimization.
- Analyze data to track, measure, and improve processes.
- Foster strong working relationships with the US team to drive ongoing efficiency.
- Minimum 3-5 years of freelancing or remote work experience.
- Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2 proficiency).
- Proven experience in workflow creation and process management for remote teams.
- Strong background in back-end operations and cross-functional process design.
- Hands-on expertise with Airtable, Retool, Zapier, n8n, Make, and NetSuite.
- Skilled in testing, troubleshooting, and implementing workflow solutions.
