Job Description

As a Senior Digital Operations Manager, you will oversee the delivery of digital assets and client websites. Your role will involve managing processes, enforcing deadlines, and coaching your team to achieve project success.

Key responsibilities include analyzing team performance, reviewing project data, and refining workflows to ensure high-quality deliverables.

  • Lead and develop a cross-functional team of 10 members, setting clear expectations and fostering accountability.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing stakeholders to align outputs with client goals.
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and standardize processes to ensure smooth project delivery.

Additionally, you will work closely with leadership to balance workloads, improve workflows, and keep quality high while moving at the pace our clients expect.

Requirements

5+ years experience in digital operations, website production, or marketing operations is required. You must have:

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Hands-on experience with QA and website delivery, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Proficiency with WordPress (themes, plugins, CMS workflows), including testing new features on both the front and back end.
  • Figma fluency — ability to read and assess design files to ensure pixel-perfect, accurate implementation.

Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and marketing stakeholders is highly valued. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, Confluence, Slack, Clockify, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, SEMRush, Pressable, Bluehost, GoDaddy, Facebook Business Manager, Social Pilot, Canva, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grammarly is also an asset.
