Upskilling Solutions Architect

This role will play a key part in shaping how we approach solution design, helping enterprise clients unlock the full potential of Degreed's platform through thoughtful architecture and consultative guidance.

As a remote-first team member based in APJ, you'll collaborate virtually using tools like Zoom and Slack. The ideal candidate will have experience engaging with clients and leading technical discussions. Prior experience in Human Capital Management or Learning & Development solutions is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic business and technical guidance on implementing Degreed solutions.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions showcasing Degreed's capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify and qualify new business opportunities, offering technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Client Experience teams to ensure seamless product delivery and long-term client success.
