Project Coordinator Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that power our technology platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely project completion while maintaining high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning & Resource Allocation
  • Develop and refine project scope based on stakeholder requirements.
  • Plan resource allocation and secure necessary approvals.
  • Ensure optimal resource availability and utilization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project schedules and timelines.
Project Execution & Process Management
  • Coordinate project activities to meet deadlines.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as kick-offs, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Monitor project performance using metrics-driven tracking tools.
Monitoring, Reporting, and Metrics Analysis
  • Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Track team and individual performance via key performance indicators (KPIs) and regular progress reports.
  • Provide insights to stakeholders to inform data-driven decision-making.
Leadership, Team Support, and Collaboration
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and teams; resolve conflicts through effective communication.
  • Remove blockers and distractions to ensure team productivity.
  • Cultivate a collaborative environment by promoting open communication and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Continuous Improvement and Documentation
  • Streamline processes to enhance project efficiency and velocity.
  • Document lessons learned from past projects to inform future initiatives.
  • Centralize project documentation for easy access and maintenance.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or management.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to lead sprint cycles.
  • Proven leadership abilities in resource planning, team collaboration, and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into actionable plans.
  • Able to analyze KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and process optimization.
