Job Title:

Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Overview:

This is a key role in our quality assurance department, responsible for ensuring the high-quality and efficiency of our software platforms globally.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage localization projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Develop global multilingual content strategies to facilitate translation delivery.
  • Provide training and support to stakeholders on translation workflows and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality products and guarantee accessibility.
  • Oversee Translation/Language requests and work with teams to resolve tickets.
  • Maintain language-related pages to ensure information is up-to-date.
  • Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure translation standards are met.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Able to work varying schedules as needed.
  • Fluency in one language other than English is an advantage.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in different countries/cultures is preferable.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors is beneficial.
  • Self-motivated with initiative.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
