Our organization is seeking a Talent Associate to join our team in the creative industry. This role will involve coordinating with directors, producers, and other creatives to understand talent requirements and assist in casting calls, auditions, and talent searches for various projects.

Job Description

This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the creative industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a highly organized approach to multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a database of talents, negotiating rates and contracts with talent agents and managers, managing talent call sheets and schedules, and ensuring all talents-related paperwork is completed and filed.

Additionally, this role involves fostering strong relationships with agencies, managers, and talents, addressing talent concerns, and ensuring a positive experience on set. The ability to track talent budgets and expenses is also crucial.

We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience in talent coordination, casting, or agency work, preferably in the entertainment, fashion, or media industry. A graduate of any 4-year course related to Arts and Entertainment would be preferable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in casting calls, auditions, and talent searches for various projects.
  • Coordinate with directors, producers, and other creatives to understand talent requirements.
  • Maintain a database of talents for future projects.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with talent agents and managers.
  • Manage talent call sheets and schedules.
  • Ensure all talents-related paperwork is completed and filed.
  • Foster strong relationships with agencies, managers, and talents.
  • Address talent concerns and ensure a positive experience on set.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Passion for the creative industry.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to last-minute changes.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of union and non-union talent regulations is beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and casting platforms.
