I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:

The Multimedia Content Creator is responsible for producing high-quality visual content that enhances brand storytelling across digital and traditional platforms. This role involves photography, videography, motion graphics, and digital content creation to showcase Okada Manila's resort, hotel, food & beverage, retail, and events. The ideal candidate collaborates with the creative team to conceptualize and execute engaging multimedia assets that align with brand objectives.

II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Captures high-quality photos and videos for various marketing and branding initiatives.
  • Produces short-form and long-form video content for social media, websites, and internal communications.
  • Develops motion graphics and animated assets for promotional and brand storytelling purposes.
  • Edits and post-processes multimedia content to ensure visual consistency and high-quality output.
  • Creates GIFs and other interactive media to enhance digital engagement.
  • Works closely with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards for photo and video shoots.
  • Directs on-camera talent, ensuring a natural and engaging presence in content.
  • Selects appropriate locations, lighting, and composition for optimal storytelling impact.
  • Maintains and organizes photography, videography, and lighting equipment.
  • Conducts regular inventory and coordinates maintenance with service centers.
  • Stays updated on multimedia trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital content creation.
  • Incorporates social media trends and storytelling techniques to enhance brand engagement.
  • Manages multiple content production projects, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency.
  • Liaises with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide updates.

III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Educational Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, Communications, Photography, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in photography, videography, or motion graphics are a plus.

Experience Requirement:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in multimedia content creation, photography, and videography.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating photo, video, and motion graphics work.
