Our Talent Scout is responsible for recruiting candidates in a high-volume environment using a defined recruiting process, strategies, and resources, as well as developing new and creative ideas. The Talent Scout will play a critical role in ensuring we hire the best candidates every time.

In This Role You Will
  1. Consistently recruit, interview, and hire using established processes that support a positive candidate experience for high-volume hiring.
  2. Contact applicants to discuss opportunities and qualify them against position requirements, including technical specifications and aptitude.
  3. Follow team guidelines to determine the right candidate for each program.
  4. Prepare daily and weekly reports based on function and needs.
  5. Demonstrate strong relationship and communication skills to influence and collaborate with internal contacts and a diverse candidate pool.
  6. Ensure the integrity of data within the applicant tracking system.
  7. Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
We are looking for someone who has:
  1. Bachelor's or Associate's Degree, or equivalent experience.
  2. Minimum of 1 year of relevant recruiting experience.
  3. A results-oriented individual with high energy and enthusiasm.
  4. A strong focus on pipeline management.
  5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  6. Strong problem-solving, conceptual thinking, and analytical skills.
  7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment while maintaining high performance.
  8. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
