Our Talent Scout is responsible for recruiting candidates in a high-volume environment using a defined recruiting process, strategies, and resources, as well as developing new and creative ideas. The Talent Scout will play a critical role in ensuring we hire the best candidates every time.
In This Role You Will- Consistently recruit, interview, and hire using established processes that support a positive candidate experience for high-volume hiring.
- Contact applicants to discuss opportunities and qualify them against position requirements, including technical specifications and aptitude.
- Follow team guidelines to determine the right candidate for each program.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports based on function and needs.
- Demonstrate strong relationship and communication skills to influence and collaborate with internal contacts and a diverse candidate pool.
- Ensure the integrity of data within the applicant tracking system.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant recruiting experience.
- A results-oriented individual with high energy and enthusiasm.
- A strong focus on pipeline management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving, conceptual thinking, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment while maintaining high performance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
