Job Description

As Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer experience through prompt and accurate responses to inquiries via email, Slack, and chat.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely and effective solutions to customer issues
  • Troubleshooting technical problems, identifying root causes, and escalating when necessary
  • Becoming a subject matter expert to answer questions quickly and accurately
  • Managing multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Ensuring all tickets are resolved in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams on escalated or complex issues
  • Identifying trends in support issues and sharing insights with relevant teams
