Strategic Hiring Specialist

As a key member of our Human Resources Team, the Talent Recruiter plays a pivotal role in finding and attracting qualified applicants for open positions within the organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications. They will partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Key responsibilities include proactively sourcing, identifying, and engaging top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and professional networks.
They will utilize job boards, databases, online employment forums, and social media in pooling applicants. Additionally, they will maintain the organization's applicant tracking system and conduct interviews to assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience.
The Talent Recruiter will promote the organization's good employment opportunities and provide recruitment reports to department managers.
They will also ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
