Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for attracting and engaging top talent to support our aggressive growth plans.

You will design and implement hiring strategies to attract highly qualified candidates for both teaching and administrative roles.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, and utilize various channels to build a rich candidate pipeline.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and deliver against tight deadlines.

Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the education sector.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
