As a seasoned executive, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and operational excellence of our managed services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the business strategy for our managed services division, identifying new opportunities and driving growth.
  • Drive revenue expansion and profitability through collaboration with sales and internal groups.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of all managed services, ensuring high availability, performance, and service level agreement adherence.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity.
Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of progressive experience in IT services, with 5-7 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing a managed services portfolio, including new service launches.
  • Extensive experience in managed network and security services.
  • Demonstrable experience working within and maintaining an ISO 27001 certified environment.
