About This Role

This position involves receiving and resolving technical customer service requests via various channels. The successful candidate will utilize databases to select the best processing method and effectively communicate the solution to clients in order to resolve their inquiries.

  • Resolve client and/or merchant technical support issues relating to point of service (POS) products.
  • Begins to build a strong foundation of knowledge about POS products, policies, customer service procedures, and an understanding of compliance and association guidelines through ongoing training.
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • No prior relevant experience required for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Typically minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous customer service experience is highly desirable.
