Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing complex insurance tasks, operating various client systems independently and optimizing operations by analyzing problems and developing procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Process complex insurance tasks and operate various client systems independently.
  • Optimize operations by analyzing problems and developing procedures.
  • Enhance customer experience by communicating with clients and addressing their needs.
  • Perform audits and troubleshooting to identify gaps and resolve issues.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in insurance operations or a related field, proficiency in email communication, strong problem-solving skills, data analysis skills, time management skills and planning skills.

About the Role
