About the Role
  • We are seeking an experienced loan processor with a minimum of 1 year in investment property loans, preferably with knowledge of real estate investment terminology and loan structures.
  • A strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential for reviewing and analyzing documentation, including property valuations, rent rolls, renovation budgets, entity formation documents, and financial statements.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proactive problem-solving mindset and be able to anticipate issues and develop solutions independently, using technical proficiency with CRMs, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and loan processing software.

This position involves working in a fast-paced environment, handling entrepreneurial borrowers and innovative lending products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process investment property loans from application through closing, serving as the primary point of contact for borrowers.
  • Review and analyze documentation, identifying potential errors or discrepancies before submission.
  • Proactively identify and address underwriting conditions, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Coordinate closing logistics with lenders, title companies, attorneys, and borrowers, maintaining effective communication throughout the process.
