Job Overview

The Role of a Workforce Management Analyst is pivotal in ensuring the efficient allocation and utilization of workforce resources. This involves analyzing data to forecast demand, schedule staff, and optimize processes to minimize dissatisfaction among clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Accurately maintain forecasts and capacity plans
  • Generate schedules in a timely and precise manner
  • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance productivity while maintaining service levels
  • Collaborate with Operations to develop schedule exception strategies
  • Recommend roles and responsibilities to meet client expectations
  • Manage program implementation from a forecasting and scheduling perspective
  • Foster an environment that encourages coworkers to exceed customers' expectations
  • Ensure all reference materials are up-to-date
We Seek Someone With:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Contact Center Workforce Management
  • High proficiency in computers and software applications
  • Experience with Workforce Management tools such as IEX, eWFM, CMS, and Avaya
  • Broad knowledge of inbound contact center environments
  • Exceptional communication skills and analytical expertise
