Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to manage high-volume financial operations for a growing business.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage comprehensive accounts payable processes through electronic payment platforms
  • Handle accounts receivable operations and customer billing processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all transactions
  • Create and maintain detailed depreciation schedules for fixed assets
  • Execute thorough monthly closing procedures including financial reporting
  • Perform complex reconciliation of thousands of monthly transactions, matching software-generated reports against actual cash receipts
  • Record and categorize high-volume transaction data with precision and accuracySupport financial analysis and planning for business growth initiatives
Requirements:
  • Proven proficiency in financial management software and electronic payment platforms
  • Advanced Excel skills for handling large datasets and complex formulas
  • Solid experience in fixed asset management and depreciation schedule creation
  • Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably with US-based clients
  • Ability to work independently and manage high-volume transaction processing
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling thousands of data points
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet monthly deadlines
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity of financial information
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without relying on automation for core accounting functions
