Home-Based Customer Support Representative

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a remote customer service specialist. As a key member of our customer-facing support team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Your primary focus will be on resolving customer issues promptly through effective problem-solving, utilizing available resources to retrieve information across systems, and accurately documenting interactions and processing claims.
Additionally, you will need to guide customers through options to find the best solutions, adhere to scripts, policies, and procedures while utilizing available resources, protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information appropriately, escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members, and stay current with training, updates, and program knowledge.
Maintaining consistent attendance and adhering to scheduling requirements is essential in this role. You will work from home, requiring a high-speed internet connection, an appropriate quiet work environment, and strong language proficiency in English.
To be considered for this position, you must have prior call center experience, work-from-home experience, and reside within a reasonable distance of our office.
