Property Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-focused Property Management Professional to oversee all aspects of assigned properties, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, budgeting, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be experienced in property operations, and have proficiency in property management software.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring timely lease agreements, move-ins/move-outs, and dispute resolution.
  • Ensure accurate and timely rent collection, invoicing, and lease renewals.
  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and vendor services to ensure optimal property condition.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure lease compliance and safety standards.
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to advertise vacant properties on rental platforms and social media.
  • Enforce lease terms and manage evictions or legal proceedings if necessary, ensuring compliance with local real estate laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records using property management software to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Experience in property management, real estate, or leasing.
  • Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, fair housing regulations, and lease agreements.
  • Proficiency in property management software.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience handling rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties efficiently.
