Activation Specialist Opportunity

This role plays a pivotal part in the property listing process, responsible for ensuring that properties are set up and activated efficiently. The individual in this position will work closely with hosts to verify and activate their listings, guaranteeing a smooth go-live experience.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong attention to detail, and consistently demonstrates preparedness and punctuality. This person takes ownership of their responsibilities and holds themselves accountable for delivering high-quality results. They are self-aware, willing to ask questions when clarification is needed, and eager to continuously learn and improve. Most importantly, they bring a proactive and dependable mindset, ensuring a seamless experience for every host as they begin their journey.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage the property onboarding checklist to ensure timely completion of all key milestones.
  • Collaborate with account executives and customer success managers to resolve listing issues such as missing details or incorrect pricing.
  • Meet or exceed internal targets for property activation speed and quality.
  • Verify that each listing meets the required standards before going live.
  • Confirm that all activation requirements are complete, including host lease documents, host training link, and accurate listing details.

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain details clearly and confidently.
  • A strong sense of ownership, committed to showing up, getting things done quickly, and taking full accountability for work.
  • Eager to continuously learn, adapt quickly to new tools and technologies, and build knowledge of the U.S. real estate business.
  • Detail-oriented approach with the ability to follow a structured onboarding process while also spotting opportunities for improvement.
