Job Title: Senior Building Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality designs that meet and exceed client expectations.

As a seasoned Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design process, overseeing project timelines, and managing resources efficiently to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to contribute innovative ideas and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Address technical challenges, optimize project outcomes, and deliver exceptional results that meet and exceed client expectations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Architect with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in architectural practice.
  • A CD portfolio showcasing work samples with descriptions of your role, project details, and contributions.
  • Proficiency in REVIT and/or other architectural software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment and collaborate with remote teams during regular business hours.
  • Possess strong analytical and creative skills.
