Lead Web Creator

We are seeking an experienced senior web designer to lead our digital design strategy. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the latest trends and core principles, with a proven ability to transform complex thoughts into creative solutions.

They should be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a cohesive online presence, have an eye for detail, and possess strong time and project management skills.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, yet able to work independently in a remote environment, applying creativity and collaboration to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

Designing, maintaining, and constantly improving our various websites and landing pages, ensuring they are visually appealing and user-friendly.

Collaborating with marketers, developers, illustrators, and copywriters to create engaging online experiences that meet business objectives.

Applying industry knowledge to help other departments achieve their goals, staying up-to-date on the latest design trends and best practices.

Creating ad hoc social media graphics that align with our brand identity.

Requirements
  • A deep understanding of design software: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Webflow.
  • 6 years of experience in a design environment, preferably in web design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Able to work independently in a remote working arrangement, with minimal supervision.
