Architectural Designer Position

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rendering, construction documentation, and detailing.

This role requires proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion software to create high-quality architectural designs and presentations.

You will work closely with our team to develop and implement innovative design solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop architectural designs and construction documentation using Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion.
  • Create detailed renderings and visualizations to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
  • Review and refine architectural plans, elevations, and sections.
  • Produce detailed construction drawings and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion software.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods and building systems.
  • Excellent rendering and visualization skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with sustainable design practices.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
