Key User Experience Designer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UX designer to join our team as a senior UX designer.

  • As a senior UX designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop product strategies that enhance user interactions and experiences.
  2. Conduct user research, create design deliverables, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute complex design tasks.
  3. Lead user research projects, recruit participants, facilitate discussions, and present findings to stakeholders.
  4. Design heuristic evaluations, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to address user needs and improve the overall user experience.
  5. Write effective UI copy and contribute to the development of our design system.
  6. Identify usability issues and prioritize improvements with product managers.
  7. Communicate design rationales in relation to customer feedback and business objectives.
  8. Collaborate with diverse teams to lead workshops and create an inclusive user experience.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, with 1-2 years at a senior level.
  • Proven experience with low-fi to hi-fi design processes.
  • Ability to foster an inclusive environment and collaborate across disciplines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and expertise in Figma.

Preferred Skills:

  • Interest or experience in sales channel integration, fulfillment, warehouse management, and/or inventory management systems.
