Qualifications
  • Preferably Bachelor's Degree in any course
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships and communicate with staff at all levels of an organization
  • 3 -5 years of Employee Engagement experience in a BPO setting
  • Must be creative and knowledgeable in Canva, Photoshop or any graphics or video editing software
  • Has an eye on designing collateral and experience in copywriting or creative writing
  • Must have good negotiation skills and can bargain good deals for the account
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously with excellent organizational skills
  • Must be detail-oriented, self-motivate, independent and a team player
  • Must have an end-to-end experience in executing Engagement activities with minimal supervision
  • Creative, energetic, and fun
  • Has a good understanding of working with data, strong analytical and planning skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office tools (Powerpoint & MS Excel), Google spreadsheet, Canva
  • Must be willing to work in Mid-shift to graveyard shift. Holidays and weekends if needed.
  • Must be willing to work in Giga Center, Pasig

Responsibilities
  • Development of an Engagement Plan that drives Metric Performance and envelopes Company's Values End to end involvement in the employee engagement program/activities/events.
  • Develop, enhance and implement engagement events; promoting Company's mission, vision and values
  • Improve customer awareness, onboarding, engagement and retention
  • Event hosting and planning for the Project and Company site-wide activities
  • Conduct FGD, collect feedback and insights on engagement to improve future events.
  • Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned depending on business needs
