Job Title: Kitchen Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure food preparation and cooking meet company standards, manage kitchen staff, and maintain high levels of food service quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking, to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Manage kitchen staff, provide guidance, and support their development to achieve optimal performance.
  • Maintain high levels of food service quality and cleanliness, ensuring the kitchen meets health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, managing inventory and kitchen supplies.
Requirements:
  • Supervisory experience in managing kitchen staff.
  • Cooking and Culinary skills, with knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, with ability to ensure compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
