The Assistant Branch Manager works closely with the Branch Manager to support the overall operations of the branch. Primarily focused on kitchen staff and cashier duties, the Assistant Branch Manager ensures smooth functioning of the kitchen operations and provides excellent customer service at the cashier counter. They are responsible for maintaining high standards of food preparation, cleanliness, inventory management, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
To be deployed in any of the following locations:
BOK Vista GL Taft (Manila City)
BOK Dela Rosa (Makati City)
BOK Gamma (Ortigas, Pasig City)

Duties & Responsibilities: As an Assistant Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include:
1. Kitchen Operations:
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.
- Monitor and ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients.
- Prepare and assemble food and beverages according to company standards.
- Properly portion and present food and beverages before serving.
- Follow food preparation and storage guidelines to meet safety and quality standards.
- Manage inventory, including stock rotation and minimizing wastage.
- Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
2. Cashier Duties:
- Count the cashier fund before the start of each shift and ensure adequate change is available.
- Keep the cash box locked when unattended to ensure security.
- Ensure the availability of official receipts and report forms.
- Inform customers about BOK Korean Fried Chicken offerings and promotions.
- Accurately provide change to customers after payment.
- Check and replenish counter supplies to ensure availability for customers.
- Practice FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method when handling products, stocks, and supplies.
- Ensure proper display, labeling, and correct pricing of products.
3. Support to Branch Manager:
- Assist the Branch Manager in daily operations, including training staff, decision-making, and customer interaction.
- Uphold discipline and promote efficiency among team members.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to investigate and address any policy violations by staff.
- Assist in auditing sales, change funds, inventory, and petty cash.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the branch premises.
- Ensure staff adherence to grooming and hygiene standards.
- Assist in briefing staff on targets and expectations for the day.
- Help ensure accurate cash sales reporting and monitor inventory movement.
- Support in providing accurate inventory status information and preparing reports.
- Assist in creating weekly schedules for better operational efficiency.
- Contribute to maintaining high-quality products and hospitality.
- Assist in implementing new guidelines and revisions provided by BOK Korean Fried Chicken.
- Monitor the implementation of cash handling protocols.
- Ensure the quality and quantity of delivery supplies meet BOK Korean Fried Chicken standards.
- Maintain regular reporting and communication with the management team and Head Office.
