Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnerships and Collaboration. Foster robust relationships with key stakeholders, including marketplaces, SaaS platforms, and aggregators. Drive business growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Operational Efficiency and Effectiveness. Ensure seamless execution of business plans and strategies across various departments. Provide guidance and oversight to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development. Recruit, onboard, and upskill talented professionals who share our vision and values. Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and collaboration.
  • Performance Metrics and Analysis. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
