We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Facilities Helpdesk, providing timely and effective support to staff and users regarding facilities-related issues.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to and resolving facilities-related queries and issues via phone, email, and in-person.
- They will manage and prioritize maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Additionally, they will provide information and guidance on facilities policies, procedures, and services.
- Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Graduate of any related course is required.
- At least 2 years of work experience as Facilities Helpdesk is preferred.
- A background in Facilities Management Operations is also beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications and ticketing systems is necessary.
