Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Coordinator to manage and submit Contract Data Requirements List deliverables.

This nationwide project involves tracking documents, ensuring version control, and maintaining compliance with contract and quality standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Track and manage all CDRL deliverables and project documents throughout the project lifecycle.
  • • Ensure proper formatting, version control, and on-time submission of all documentation.
  • • Coordinate internal reviews and approvals to verify accuracy and completeness of documents.
  • • Maintain updated document logs, transmittals, and submission records.
  • • Archive and organize documents in accordance with contract and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • • Support audits and reviews by preparing and retrieving required documentation.
  • • Monitor submission schedules and follow up with teams to meet deadlines.
  • • Communicate document requirements and changes across departments.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in document control for U.S. Government or DoD contracts.
  • Familiarity with CDRL processes, formatting, and submission standards.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 document control practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document tracking tools (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
