Global Retail Systems Deployment Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Retail Business Analyst/Project Manager. This full remote position will require you to work in alignment with the Central European Timezone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for retail initiatives.
  • Lead business analysis (interviews, process mapping, documentation) to support solution design.
  • Manage and oversee retail projects within global deployment programs.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute retail system rollouts, including boutiques and infrastructure.
  • Conduct gap analysis, requirements gathering, and design tracking.
  • Oversee cutover, hypercare, and issue resolution activities.
  • Collaborate across teams to align solutions, resolve SAP/POS/GK integration issues, and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain documentation, dashboards, and SLA reporting.
  • Provide stakeholder updates, escalate issues, and mentor team members.
  • Support retail solutions and coordinate escalations with technical teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Familiarity with SAP UI5/Fiori, GK POS setup/troubleshooting, Sovia inventory tools.
  • Experience in infrastructure coordination, EFT terminal deployment.
  • Skilled in business analysis (use cases, process flows, user stories).
  • Familiarity with cutover, hypercare, incident management.
  • Able to investigate OSS notes and manage project deliverables.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
